The Contest
✔ Take a photo that captures the essence of PTCOG 63.
✔ Show us your Conference experience onsite or online – post photos from the Conference venue, sessions, and breaks, from Buenos Aires – from your travels, or delicious Argentinian food you’ve enjoyed.
✔ Post/Tweet your photo on LinkedIn, X (FKA Twitter) and/or Instagram using the #PTCOG63Moments hashtag.
✔ You can post as many photos as you like.
✔ To be valid, all entries must be received from 2 June 2025 at 8:00 (GMT-3) until 6 June 2025, at 17:00 (GMT-3).
✔ Make sure your social media profile is public.
✔ Two winners will be announced on social media on 6 June 2025 at 19:00 (GMT-3).
✔ The winners will receive FREE registration to PTCOG 64 in Deauville, France on 8-13 June 2026.
*The social media handle and shown name of the person submitting the photo will be the name entered into the Contest.
Official Rules
1. As the Photograph Submitter, you warrant and represent that you are the sole owner or have the rights to all the information and content (“Content”) provided to Particle Therapy Cooperative Group (PTCOG), organisers of PTCOG 63 and Kenes Group (Hereafter: “The Organisers”). Publication of the photo does not infringe any third-party rights including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights. By submitting, you confirm there is permission for the submission from any persons in the photo.
2. As the Photograph Submitter, you grant the Organisers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable nonexclusive license to display the submitted photo at the Annual Conference of the Particle Therapy Cooperative Group (PTCOG 63) and share the submitted photo on the channels of the Organisers, quoting your name.
3. By entering the Contest, you agree to have your name and the photo you submitted used for promotional purposes free of charge.
4. By entering the Contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release The Organisers, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the certificate.
5. The certificate has no value in money and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
6. The Organisers, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this Contest.
7. By entering this Contest, you agree to abide by the Contest rules as stated above, including any amendment applied by The Organisers.
8. The winner photos will be announced after the end of the Conference. The winners will be contacted via social media.
